High durability and impact resistance making it suitable for projects such as prototypes and parts that require mechanical performance.

  • High Temperature Resistance

Temperature Resistance of 185-212 degrees Fahrenheit (85-100 degrees Celsius)  Which makes it safe for short term high heat exposure.

  • Chemical Resistance

Exhibits good resistance to a wide range of chemicals such as alcohols, diluted acids and bases, salt solutions, oils and greases, and Aliphatic Hydrocarbons.

  • Flexibility

Has a degree of flexibility good for applications requiring some level of elasticity.

  • Better Surface Finish

Can be sanded and post-processed easily allowing for smoother surface finishes compared to materials like PLA.

Large Scale Printing


Large scale printing is possible with our largest XXL FDM printer that provides a massive print size of 1000mm x 10000mm x 1000mm. Huge FDM parts, even at production quantities, are now possible using industry-accepted ABS material. Vapor smoothing of Large ABS parts is also possible due to our In-house developed ABS vapor smoothing processing.

FDM Print Vapor Smoothing


Streamline 3D has developed its own proprietary vapor smoothing solvent for treating small and XL FDM printed ABS and ASA parts. This allows us to make our models aesthetically beautiful, stronger, more impact resistant, and more easily cleaned. Vapor smoothed ABS parts will look nearly injection molded in quality and can be used for consumer end-use products.
