We have provided some printing optimization guidelines for better customer satisfaction.

Printing Guidelines and Rules

• Tolerances on printing are ± .3%, with a lower limit of ± .3mm (.012").
• Long, thin parts have a risk of warping after printing. This is a risk especially with parts with a length over 200mm and a thickness under 2.5mm.
• If you have specific features with tight tolerances, please contact us and let us know. We have some control over tolerances based on the print orientation and print settings.
• Please leave at least .3mm between mating parts to ensure they fit.
• If you require extensive or complex post processing, please send us an email at cody@streamline-3d.com for more accurate pricing.
• The pricing for paint and Cerakote is often much lower when quoted manually, please send us your order to cody@streamline-3d.com.
• Minimum order value is $95.
• Orders placed with expedited production must be placed before 2PM for next day shipping.
• All post processing options except black dye will add 1 day to lead time.
• Orders begin production once payment is submitted. If you haven't paid, your order will not be started.
